All ordered item is processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on the size, quantity, and availability of the item. All items are shipped from Texas or directly from our supplier here in the United States.

Local delivery

Local allwaywarehouse delivery team is available within the surrounding counties of Floresville, Texas. On this type of delivery, the package will be received within 1 to 2 business days. The item that has been ordered before 9 am will be subject to same-day delivery depending on the availability of our delivery team otherwise, it will be next-day delivery.

A tracking number will be provided once the item has been turned over to the 3rd party courier. It can be tracked using the following link: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.

Once the item has been turned over to the 3rd party courier(USPS), we are no longer responsible for the delay and damage of the package.

Wrong, Lost, or Missing Item

The local delivery team will inform us of the incident(wrong item/missing item) and the item will be subject to reshipping.

Provide them with the tracking number you received from us and inquire about the status of the item. Inform us also using the following information:

So that we could assist you with the problem. If the item was declared lost or missing by the 3rd party courier a new item will be shipped or a refund will be provided.

Misdelivery

The local carrier will attempt redelivery on the next scheduled delivery day. After, 3 misdeliveries, a new delivery fee will be charged before redelivery of the item. For areas that are undeliverable will be subject to meet-up in a place near the route of our delivery team.

on 3rd party courier, once there is no person to receive the package, the courier will leave a notice slip on the mailbox or on the door. The recipient will need to get the item at their local post office.

If the item is delayed, we recommend that you complete their online help request form before reaching out to us. Please use a desktop computer to submit your form. We will do our best to assist you in finding the condition of your package.
